Sneha Dengane has joined Frontier’s dedicated technology team as an Application Developer. Our tech offering has been ranked the industry leader in the Peter Lee Associates investment management survey for each of the last six years and we’ve now built an internal team of 13 technology professionals, who work alongside Frontier’s investment specialists. Sneha joined Frontier from Deloitte where she worked on projects in e-commerce and superannuation. Her development experience tilts toward the front-end, crafting user-friendly interfaces. She also has prior experience as an Assistant Professor teaching coding at the University of Mumbai.
We’re also very excited to welcome back Ellie Chen as an Associate in the client consulting team. Ellie previously worked at Frontier before relocating to China around eighteen months ago. Her prior experience includes stints at KPMG and Kidder Williams in audit and finance roles having completed a Master of Accounting and Audit from the University of Luxembourg.
These are the first two appointments for the year with a number of others planned for the months ahead. In addition to entry level investment and data analysis roles, we are also hiring senior roles in compliance and client consulting.
According to Frontier’s Head of People and Culture, Sarah Guthleben, the competition for roles has shifted significantly in the last eighteen months. “We’re currently recruiting entry level roles and have received more than double the number of applications we had for similar roles back in 2022. Despite the increased supply of applicants seeking roles, salary expectations at the more junior end are still high, though there are signs of this tempering at the more senior end.”
